Seasonal veg: They are the veggies available in a particular season like peas, carrot, capsicum, spinach etc. A stir fry of these veggies or a curry will give you immense benefit and nutrition to the body. It is highly recommended to add a recipe of seasonal veg in your meal. A small bowl full of veggies will give you 150-200 calories.

Buttermilk/Curd: One small cup of buttermilk gives you around 100 calories. Other nutritional vitamins and minerals, including calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium and zinc are in high quantity. A must include item in your meal!
