Every year, the festival comes either in the month of October or November. This year, the celebration will be in the month of October and will end in the first week of November. According to Hindu calendar and Panchang, the fascination of festivals starts with Diwali which is going to be celebrated on October 27, 2019 and ends with Chhath Puja on November 2, 2019. Rituals of Chhath Puja:
Starting with Nahhaya Khaye on October 31, 2019 followed by the rituals of ‘Kharna’ on November 1, 2109 and the Puja will end with the “Morning Arghaya” on November 2, 2109. The rituals of Chhath continue for four consecutive days.
