Madgaon locally pronounced as “Margaon” is a railway junction is a major railway network of Western Railway Line serving the city Mudgaon, Goa. The railway junction is located on southwestern railway’s line between Vasco-De-Gama and the Konkan Railway.

The railway junction is operated by Konkan Railways under the administration of Karwar railway division. The station has four platforms with 8 train track. The station is equipped with all facilities such as railway wifi facility, parking facility and other means of comforts.
